Airspace Intelligence in Boston is seeking a frontend software engineer to join our product engineering team. You will collaborate with defense and design teams to build mission-critical features in React, Redux, Mapbox, and TypeScript, spanning from data models to APIs.
You will work on map-based web applications with real-time rendering of interactive overlays, utilizing WebGL/WebGPU and WASM to boost performance and ensure a top-tier user experience.

What You Will Do:
As part of our product engineering team, you'll work closely with our defense and design teams to create mission-critical products with a top-notch user experience. You'll work on systems that reflect the real-world intricacies of air operations and build new user-facing features in React, Redux, Mapbox, and Typescript with everything from database models to APIs.
What We Value:
Experience building complex, map-based web applications with Mapbox, Maplibre, or Google Maps, with a focus on real-time rendering of multiple interactive features and overlays.
Familiarity with WebGL, WebGPU, or ThreeJS for accelerated graphics rendering and WebAssembly (WASM) for enhancing application performance.

Ability to writing fast, efficient, and maintainable code.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for great user experiences.
