Job summary

Sentient is seeking a seasoned frontend engineer to build a high-performance frontend for its decentralized AGI platform. You will work with product, design and backend teams to deliver intuitive UIs and dashboards that interact with Generative AI APIs.

Requirements: 5+ years in frontend, React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SSR; experience with UI libraries, CSS-in-JS, Web3 frontends, and Node.js backends. A fast-paced startup will value ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong skills in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with SSR and UI component libraries.
• Familiarity with Web3 frontends and blockchain tooling a plus.
• Experience with Node.js backends, Docker and AWS a plus.
• Understanding Generative AI, LLMs, datasets and fine-tuning.
• Proficient with Git, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.

What You’ll Do

• Develop highly performant, scalable and modular frontend for the Sentient platform
• Architect frontend to seamlessly integrate with backend services and Generative AI APIs

• Familiarity with backend Node.js, databases, Docker, AWS
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, datasets, fine‑tuning
• Proficiency in Git, agile development, CI/CD
