Job summary

LangChain is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to develop and enhance features on LangSmith, our enterprise platform for LLM observability, testing, and debugging. This in-person role requires presence in SF/NYC/Boston 5 days per week.

You will implement user-facing features with React and TypeScript, build reusable components, translate designs into high-quality code, and optimize performance across devices.

Qualifications

• Extensive front-end engineering experience with React/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend tools like Babel, Vite, Webpack, NPM, and Yarn.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and collaboration with backend engineers.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWTs.
• A passion for user experience and building clean, engaging interfaces.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholders.
• DNA to thrive in a startup, fast-paced environment with ownership mindset.
• Strong CS fundamentals, degree preferred.

Responsibilities
