Job summary

Frec is building tools to expand financial possibilities for everyone. As a software engineer you’ll work on frontend and full-stack product development, shaping web, API layout, app development, and testing to deliver a high‑quality product used by customers.

What You Will Do

• Frontend Engineering: Work with a small team of experienced engineers and designers, focusing on the frontend. Shape our approach to building on the web, API layout and design, app development, testing, and more.
• Full‑Stack Product Development: Collaborate on the entire software development lifecycle—collecting requirements, iterating on design, implementation, testing, and operations. Take ownership of large critical features, such as integrating tax optimization into the product and handling stock transfers.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams—product managers, designers, brokerage operations—to deliver a high‑quality product that our customers love.
