Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional Front End development experience (internships, co-ops, bootcamp projects, or substantial personal projects count).
• Working knowledge of React and TypeScript, with a demonstrated ability to build components and features.
• Basic understanding of consuming RESTful APIs; exposure to Web Sockets is a plus.
• Familiarity with component-based UI design and an eagerness to learn state management patterns.
• Exposure to Front End testing (React Testing Library, Jest) or a willingness to learn testing practices.
• Attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach - important in a regulated, real-money gaming environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, coachable mindset.
• Willingness to work in and learn from legacy codebases (AngularJS) as well as modern stacks.
• Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with SCSS (Sass), Lodash, Axios, or other widely used Front End libraries.
• Exposure to build tooling (ESLint, Webpack, Vite) and version control workflows (Git).
• Interest in the iGaming or gaming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts or multi-environment deployment workflows.
• Contributions to open-source projects, a public GitHub portfolio, or personal projects that demonstrate curiosity and initiative.

The Front End Developer contributes to the development and maintenance of critical back-office tools, game-loading infrastructure, and supporting web applications within our iGaming platform. This role is ideal for a developer early in their career who wants to grow their skills in modern Front-End development while working alongside senior engineers on both modern and legacy stacks.
