• Replace the brittle Django hack with a robust Customer Service solution.
• Keep the Agile build pipeline green so Cleveland deploys never waits on a red light.
• Own a technology service end to end, from Rust schema to on-call rotation.
• Prototype rough resilience ideas fast, then select those to keep.
• Build Customer Service dashboards to reduce ad-hoc requests.
