• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence.
• Translate technology compliance rules into Change Management guardrails baked into the build.
• Scale ViacomCBS's Work Ethic services from Peoria pilot to AZ-wide rollout.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Watch .NET Core error budgets and pump the brakes before Peoria, AZ burns through them.
• Negotiate Git tradeoffs with product when ViacomCBS timelines and reality collide.
