• Stand up observability so McKinsey & Company sees failures before customers in PA.
• Map data flow across McKinsey & Company Go services and spot leaks.
• Scale McKinsey & Company Cultural Awareness services from Philadelphia pilot to PA-wide rollout.
• Reverse-engineer the performance-driven Jest format McKinsey & Company inherited.
