You'll need hands-on experience with plain HTML/CSS, DevTools, and a sharp eye for layout. This is remote-friendly and requires disciplined, long-form work sessions.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional web development experience.
• Fluency across web eras and knowledge of raw HTML/CSS.
• Ability to read scripts and understand DOM effects.
• Strong written English for task justification.

Responsibilities

• Render reference pages at 1920×1080 and judge fidelity vs two candidates.
• Diff visual fidelity: typography, spacing, color, borders, assets.
• Read source code of attempts and assess construction quality.
• Provide evidence-based, concrete justifications for every preference.
• Identify and articulate responsiveness and layout issues.
