Job summary

VectorShift is seeking a Frontend Engineer to shape the DNA of its user experience by creating an engaging, intuitive, and performant user interface. In this role, you will lead frontend architecture decisions and advocate for UI/UX best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a technical discipline and experience with React/NextJS or similar frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, along with a keen eye for design and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Ability to integrate seamlessly with backend APIs.
• A keen eye for user experience and UI design.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders to conceptualize and implement an exceptional user interface.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, ensuring the platform is scalable and maintainable.
• Drive forward web performance optimization.
