Job summary

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for this role.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Experience working in the front office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at the executive level.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other software applications relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Track and respond to corporate actions using a corporate action tracking tool.
• Analyze impacts of corporate actions and advise management on recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement response plans.
• Support office-level communication by compiling weekly reports, publishing monthly newsletters, and assisting with strategic communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to align on goals.
• Provide general administrative support and handle special projects as assigned by management.
