Job summary

VTG in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Front Office Systems Integrator to join the Requirements Team. You will work with government IT applications to capture, define, and translate requirements into system specifications for developers.

You will document business needs into user stories, process charts, and workflows, coordinate with developers and testers, and support the full lifecycle of requirements management for the client system. TS/SCI with Poly and bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Experience gathering and writing business or software requirements.
• Experience working collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of solutions.
• Ability to perform in a high paced work environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Capture and define system requirements and associated business processes for government IT applications.
• Elicit and define requirements and translate them into system requirements for developers to implement.
• Translate and document business needs into detailed user stories, process charts, and workflows.
• Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure understanding of requirements and support implementation.
• Support the full lifecycle of requirements management from gathering to validating client needs.
