Responsibilities

• Model the financial statement impact and economic benefits of proposed transactions.
• Create presentation materials to brief internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal functions to progress proposed transactions through governance and approvals processes.
• Liaise with external advisers and internal teams on transaction documents.
• Work on ongoing maintenance and risk management of transactions post-execution, including deal models and coordination with Finance and Accounting.
• Assist with structured secured funding initiatives, including external rating of AWM investments.
• Prepare periodic budgets and profit and loss reports for the team.
