Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Collect co-payments and handle billing tasks.
• Schedule patient appointments, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service.
