Job Description

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and work on Fixed Income projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python/C# and be passionate about developing new features on Pre-Trade Platforms.

Role and responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact with our client's Fixed Income front officers in the New York office regarding the various pricing tools they use.
  • Design and develop real-time pricing solutions and data analytics tools for traders (full stack development: front to back).
  • Be responsible for software releases, configuration, monitoring, and support of all production system components and infrastructure.
  • Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 end-user support and assistance.
  • Troubleshoot technical or functional issues in a complex financial environment to provide timely resolution, across various applications and platforms globally.
  • Work with users to understand their needs and participate in the required developments.
  • Manage several streams of work concurrently.
  • Coordinate with teams abroad to deploy and adapt existing European and Asian tools.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience using .NET C# and Python in a front office environment is required
  • Comfortable with scripting languages.
  • Understanding of Agile and CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience working with databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge of fixed-income products such as Bonds and IRS is desired.
  • Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships with business and colleagues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to the audience.

The salary range for this role is US$110,000 - US$150,000.
