1. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, and maintain positive guest relations. Greet and communicate cordially, and handle check-in/check-out professionally.
2. Ensure proper staffing levels, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk staff, guest service aides, bell staff, concierge staff, and PBX operators.
3. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring satisfaction through investigation and creative problem solving.
4. Manage and operate the MICROS system accurately for all transactions.
