Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations in Nashville. You will lead and develop the front desk team, manage scheduling, guest relations, and daily reporting to sustain service excellence.

You will report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager and support a culture of operational efficiency across the front office while guiding staff in issue resolution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train front desk team to ensure guest experiences.
• Manage scheduling, guest relations, and daily reports.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest issues.
• Report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• A combination of education and experience
