A local hotel chain in McKinney is seeking a Front Office Manager to supervise front office personnel and ensure the successful stay of guests. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hotel experience and strong supervisory skills. This role includes training staff, resolving guest issues, and maintaining brand standards. The Front Office Manager is responsible for directly supervising all front office personnel and ensuring proper completion of all front office duties.
Minimum two years of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
Prior front desk and supervisory experience
Experience with brand or property specific PMS
M3, Efficenter, Quore, and other hotel related systems
Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications
Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field preferred
