Job summary

Saragossa is seeking a senior C++ leader to spearhead the front-office trading technology group. You will own the technical direction, shape the team, and drive the build-out as the firm scales.

You’ll lead a team of engineers working closely with traders to deliver high-performance, low-latency systems and set engineering standards for the platform. You’ll have authority from day one to influence architecture, code quality, and delivery, with a clear path to expanding the group as it grows in

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern C++ and low-latency design.
• Experience leading engineers or owning technical direction.
• Background in electronic trading on buy or sell side.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and engineering standards for the trading platform.
• Grow and mentor team from 6 to 8+ engineers.
• Collaborate with traders to translate strategy into production systems.
• Maintain high code quality, latency, and reliability across the platform.
