Job summary

Ideal Dental in North Carolina is seeking a Front Office Associate to welcome guests, coordinate appointments, and support both patients and the dental team. You will be empowered with training and tools to grow professionally while contributing to the health and well-being of the community.

You will deliver exceptional service, manage schedules, and assist with financial discussions in a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be the go-to point of contact with a warm, friendly presence.

• Efficiently confirm appointments and adjust schedules to keep operations smooth.
• Coordinate financial agreements and explain options clearly to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment for guests and staff.
• Support the office and team with additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, first impression as their go-to point of contact
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensuing each guest has a positive experience
• Efficiently managing appointment confirmations and adjusting schedules to keep things running smoothly
• Coordinating financial agreements and ensuring clarity for guests
• Maintaining a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both the guests and team members
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the office and team
