Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to provide excellent patient service, check in patients, collect payments, and support daily operations. The role includes guiding new patients through intake, coordinating with medical staff, and maintaining records.

Primary location is Uniontown with monthly travel to Connellsville; 37–40 hours weekly; mileage reimbursed. Experience in customer service in healthcare is preferred; HS diploma or GED required; Lived addiction

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a 'white glove' experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.

Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.

Hours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)

Primary location is Uniontown with monthly travel required to Connellsville location. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel to Connellsville. Expected hours for this role are 37-40 hours per week. See specific schedule requirements below. Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM Uniontown Every 4th weekend Saturday 7:30 AM - 12:30PM and Sunday 7:30 AM - 3:30PM Connellsville
