Adelante Healthcare Goodyear is seeking a Front Office Assistant to greet patients, check-in/out via EPM, verify eligibility, handle cashier tasks, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage front desk clerical duties.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively, maintaining records, and supporting the Integrated Care Team while upholding Adelante's values of Inclusion, Nurture, and Service.
The Front Office Assistant position provides direct customer service to patients. Duties include but are not limited to check‑in and check‑out via EPM, verify insurance eligibility, provide cashier services, schedule and confirm appointments, answer incoming phone calls, perform clerical activities, maintain office supplies, and scan medical records.
