Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring for a Front of House Team Member to provide an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and reliability as you support guests from greeting to service.

You will work under an independent Owner/Operator and contribute to the friendly Chick-fil-A culture. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, maintaining standards, and upholding the restaurant's values.

Qualifications

• 16 years old or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Required Saturday availability
• Minimum of three week days plus Saturday available to work
• Minimum of 10 hours per week
• Able to work for at least 12 months from day of hire
• Consistent, reliable and cheerful with a positive attitude
• Loves serving others and delivering great guest experiences
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team
• Flexible schedule and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs
