Chick-fil-A in Dartmouth, MA is seeking Front of House Team Members to join our on-site team. Positions include part-time and full-time options with Saturdays required; starting pay is $15.75 per hour.

The role focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience through a friendly, signature Chick-fil-A service approach. Team Members will be cross-trained across Drive Through, Dining Room, Bagging, Cashier, Shakes, and more, while maintaining a positive attitude, teamwork, and a professional

Responsibilities

• Cross-trained in Drive Through, Dining Room, Bagging, Cash Register/Cashier, Shakes, Sauce area, Drinks area, and more
• Smile and create eye contact with guests
• Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and work as a team
• Stand on feet for long periods and communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Conduct yourself with a positive and professional attitude and adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code
• Other duties as assigned
