Chick-fil-A in Springfield is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional dining experience and signature Chick-fil-A service. You will represent a locally owned/Operator-operated restaurant while supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include smiling, maintaining eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, and forming connections with guests. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and adherence to dress code and restaurant rules.
