M Shack in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver friendly service, take orders, process payments, and coordinate delivery of meals.

Hourly wage ranges from $8.98 to $12 with average tips of $9 to $13 per hour; part-time and full-time roles available. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires. Prior restaurant experience is helpful; we value reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience

• Take food and drink orders guiding guests through the menu
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system
• Coordinate and deliver food and drink orders to guests’ tables
• Take pride in keeping the restaurant clean including clearing tables
• Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
• Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative team environment
