Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Kansas is seeking Team Members to deliver an exceptional dining experience and warm hospitality. You will take orders, handle payments, prepare beverages, and serve guests both inside and at the Drive-Thru.

We value a cheerful, reliable attitude and the ability to work well in a team. Flexible scheduling is offered, with Sundays closed, and opportunities for growth and scholarships as part of our development program.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-food or hospitality is helpful.
• Must be able to provide friendly, accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Prepare beverages and desserts as needed.
• Serve food to guests indoors and at the Drive Thru.

• Assist in back-of-house tasks when needed.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Take orders and accept payment

• Bag hot and ready food for orders
• Stock product to ensure guest needs are met
• Clean and sanitize
• Cross-train or assist in the Back of the House
