Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide an inviting and memorable experience.
• Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system and ensure transactions are correct.
• Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing questions promptly and courteously.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, allergies and benefits to help customers choose.
• Deliver guests’ food and beverages with high quality and presentation.
• Check on guests at tables to ensure satisfaction with dining experience.
• Assist in preparing and delivering food, maintaining high quality and presentation.
• Restock stations, keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow health and food safety policies to maintain inviting environment for guests and team.
• Collaborate with manager and team to maintain smooth operations.
• Support with additional duties as needed.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.
• Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete.
• Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously.
• Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.

• Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.
• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Support with any additional duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
