Job summary

Levy at Iowa State University Training Table seeks a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and service quality on site in Ames. You will manage inventory, ensure compliant procedures, and maintain clean, organized areas while supporting signage and marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a commitment to high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Inventory management and supervision of staff to ensure service quality.
• Experience with maintaining QA standards and compliance in a food service setting.
• Ability to enforce policies and ensure a clean, organized operation.
• Ability to monitor marketing/signage to ensure current and appropriate messaging.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
