Tech9 is seeking a Front of House Shift Lead to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant. You will supervise front-of-house tasks, manage opening and closing, and ensure guest satisfaction with a friendly, efficient approach.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Current Food Handler's Permit.
• Food experience preferred, but if you’re awesome we’ll train you.
• You like to have fun. Fun is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations.
• Open and close restaurant.
• Handle cash and payments.
• Greet customers and manage service flow.
• Assist with online orders and drive-thru.
• Assist with lobby cleaning and upkeep.
• Expedite orders to ensure quick delivery.
