Chick-fil-A Highland Commons in Hudson, MA is seeking Front of House Team Members for both part-time and full-time roles. You’ll handle drive-thru, dining room, and cashier tasks while learning Chick-fil-A Core 4 principles and maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays)
• Able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep
• Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say “My Pleasure”
• Execute position‑specific best practices and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge through in‑house training
• Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
• Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
• Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
• Contribute to a fun, caring, and team‑oriented environment
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Display a professional, positive attitude at all times
• Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
• Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
