Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North is hiring a Front of House Team Member for a full-time role. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience across the counter, drive-thru, and mobile channels.

Responsibilities include opening setup, maintaining hospitality standards, and collaborating with Back of House to ensure timely order fulfillment during breakfast and lunch rushes. This position requires early mornings and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Dependable early-morning availability (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM).
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Saturday Availability is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly at 5:30 AM and check in with the opening manager.
• Set up the front counter, dining room, drive-thru, and mobile order areas.
• Prepare coffee, iced tea, sauces, condiments, and FOH supplies.
• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and care.
• Take accurate orders at the front counter, drive-thru, or mobile pickup.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and beverage area.
• Anticipate guest needs and support team flow during peak breakfast and lunch hours.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food presentation, cleanliness, and speed of service.
