Qualifications

• Positive, upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor during fast-paced service.
• Willingness to be flexible and support in various ways (organizing, cleaning, managing guests and the waitlist, clearing tables, restocking glassware, etc.).
• Strong initiative—going above and beyond without being asked; a passion for details and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs.
• Open and flexible availability to work midday, nights, weekends and select holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and care for guests like family.
• Rotate through three stations: host stand, barback, and expo (food running).
• Handle a fast-paced atmosphere with professionalism and efficiency.
• Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that ensures guests have a memorable visit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (bar, server, and dining areas).
• Buss tables promptly and proactively, without needing to be asked.
• Follow all State NH alcoholic beverage service guidelines and comply with safety/sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to keep service smooth during busy periods.
• Contribute to the positive culture and growth of Schilling Beer Co., with many opportunities for advancement.
