Job summary

Bon Appetit in New Albany, OH is hiring a full-time Porter to maintain front-of-house cleanliness and assist with service flow. The shift runs weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with evening and weekend availability required. Prior receiving and professional kitchen experience are preferred. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior receiving and professional kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house areas including tables, counters, floors and beverage station.
• Bus, clear and clean tables during peak service times and prep before service.
• Transport dishes safely to kitchen using trays, bus tubs or carts.
• Wash dishes and clean cooking stations to ensure sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper presentation and temperature maintenance following HACCP standards.
• Assist with receiving heavy deliveries and move to storage areas using safe lifting techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
