Roots Natural Kitchen is hiring a Line Crewmember to craft bowls and ensure every guest has an incredible experience. You will work in the front of house, collaborate with your crew to serve perfect bowls, keep the area clean, and restock as needed.

Starting at $16.00 per hour, this role includes a robust benefits package after 30 days of full-time employment, plus flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and attention to detail.
• Perform all line positions (greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, POS).
• Communicate with Leadership Team and crewmembers.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude during shifts.
• Restock line and reach-in fridge ingredients as needed.
• Use portion control and minimize waste to manage costs.
• Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
