The Neighborhood Dining Group is seeking a hospitality-driven Front of House Manager for Husk in downtown Nashville. You will lead on-the-floor service, mentor staff, and partner with the GM to elevate guest experiences in a busy, beloved Southern restaurant.

The ideal candidate brings proven restaurant management, a passion for hospitality, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to consistency, culture, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-obsessed service
• Hands-on leadership with coaching and mentorship
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members
• Excellent communication between front- and back-of-house

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with focus on guest experience and financial performance
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching and mentorship
• Lead hiring, training, and onboarding of new staff for hospitality and consistency
• Maintain strong communication between front-of-house and back-of-house
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards across shifts
• Maintain accurate records of service, staffing, and performance in manager logs
• Rotate through opening, mid, and closing shifts
