Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor (Retail) at Luther College in Decorah, IA. This full-time position requires open availability including evenings and weekends and prior food service leadership experience is preferred.

You will oversee daily service, manage staff, monitor inventory and ensure quality standards while representing Bon Appétit Management Company. Competitive hourly pay from $25.00 to $27.00 and a benefits package accompany the role.
