Bon Appétit Management Company in Santa Paula, CA is seeking a Front of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time role at Thomas Aquinas College. The position oversees front-of-house operations, coordinating staff and ensuring high-quality service across meals.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.


• Location: Thomas Aquinas College - 10000 North Ojai Road, Santa Paula, CA 93060. Note: online applications accepted only.


• Schedule: Full time schedule; Sunday through Saturday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.


• Requirement: Eight years of catering experience is preferred. Previous fine dining and food service experience is preferred.


• Pay Range: $25.50 per hour to$30.00 per hour.
