We are hiring immediately for a full-time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Minnesota Vikings - 2600 Vikings Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available. Occasional weekends required. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior food and beverage supervisory experience required.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure top-quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
