Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Texas is hiring a Front of House Lead Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations at Texas Children's Hospital Woodlands, Conroe. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm with rotating weekends, and offers training as needed.

As part of Compass Healthcare, you’ll help ensure high-quality meals, maintain safety and cleanliness, and lead a small team. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits upon full-time employment.

• Monitors inventory to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
