Compass Group USA’s Eurest team in Baltimore seeks a dedicated assistant supervisor to oversee daily food service operations at T Rowe Price, 1307 Point Street. You will support staff, ensure quality service, and help maintain a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires customer service, stocking, inventory and supervisory experience, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Full-time schedule: Mon-Thu 11:30 am–8:00 pm and Fri 1:00 pm–7:00 pm.

Responsabilités

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to$25.00per hour
