Job summary

Plum Market is seeking a Prepared Foods – Front of House Team Member to support the daily operations of the Prepared Foods Department, delivering exceptional Customer Service while keeping displays clean, stocked, and visually appealing.

You will prepare fresh sandwiches and pizzas, rotate products, and work closely with leadership and fellow team members to provide a premium guest experience in a fast-paced, food-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service in the Prepared Foods Department.
• Prepare and replenish the Prepared Foods showcase with fresh, properly rotated items.
• Assemble sandwiches and pizzas following established recipes and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, full, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Follow rotation, labeling, and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general departmental cleaning.
• Communicate clearly with Customers, Team Members, Store Leadership, and the Director Group.
• Support fellow Team Members in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Adhere to Plum Market policies, safety procedures, and SOPs.

Description:

The Prepared Foods – Front of House (FOH) Team Member supports the daily operations of the Prepared Foods Department by delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring the department remains clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for preparing and replenishing the showcase, creating fresh sandwiches and pizzas, and maintaining product rotation and quality standards. FOH Team Members work closely with leadership and fellow team members to provide a premium Guest experience in a fast-paced, food-focused environment.
