Our company started in 2013 and currently has 5 locations in Arkansas, with 3 more to be built. The majority of our managers and area directors have grown from within our company. We are looking for people who desire growth, personally and professionally, and are willing to work for it. Newk's is a fast casual brand that specializes in soup, salad, sandwich, and pizza utilizing unusually fresh ingredients prepared in a quick environment. Customer service is paramount to our brand and we are looking for people that enjoy customer service and forming relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Servers greet customers, take orders, run food from the kitchen to the guests’ table, make tea, cut desserts, refill our complimentary round table, in addition to preparing catering bags, and other duties. This position needs a friendly individual with a heart for service.

• Extensive standing without breaks.
• Effective communication with peers, managers and guests.
