Responsibilities

• Create a positive atmosphere by welcoming guests.
• Manage incoming reservations effectively during peak hours.
• Record reservation details accurately and assist with guest inquiries.
• Optimize table turnover and provide accurate wait times for guests.
• Recognize repeat guests and promote additional services when appropriate.

Skills

1+ years in a Host role in a restaurant setting

Knowledge of Reservation systems, OpenTable preferred

Keen attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks

Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
