Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Front of House team member to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include seating customers, answering phones, cashiering, rolling silverware, brewing coffee and tea, and supporting to-go and 3rd party delivery orders.

The role requires 1+ year in food service or hospitality, strong communication, and flexibility. A food handler’s card may be required by local regulations, with eligibility for various benefits at Nordstrom.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Open to working a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card as required by local/state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Seat customers and answer telephones.
• Cashiering responsibilities.
• Roll silverware and prepare beverages (coffee/tea).
• Assist with to-go and 3rd party delivery orders.
• Support food expediting and soup service.
• Stock, organize and maintain retail displays, food cases and stations.
• Assist with bussing and restaurant cleaning as needed.
