As a FOH Team Member, you will greet guests, take orders at the front counter or drive-thru, keep the dining area clean, follow health guidelines, and ensure every guest leaves happily. No previous experience required, just enthusiasm to serve.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a source of reliable transportation.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to respond to guest requests and complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Take and prepare customer orders in front counter or drive-thru.
• Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room.
• Observe health and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure each guest leaves with a smile!
