Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Thornton, CO is seeking a friendly Team Member for Front of House or kitchen support. Available this Fall, you’ll help deliver a great Guest experience across counter, drive-thru, or dining room.

You’ll take orders, prepare and serve quality food, and keep the restaurant clean and safe. Training is provided; bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to our caring team.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Daytime availability required.
• Available weekdays plus Fridays/Saturdays depending on position.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great service.

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming Guest experience.
• Taking orders and providing accurate, friendly service.
• Preparing and serving quality food.
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Supporting teammates across different areas of the restaurant.
• Learning and following Chick-fil-A standards, including CORE 4 service.

As a Team Member, you may serve Guests in the front of house (counter, drive-thru, dining room) or support our kitchen team by preparing quality food and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. We’ll provide the training — we’re looking for a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a heart for serving others.
