Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Mount Pleasant is hiring Front of House Team Members. You will greet guests, take orders at the counter or drive-thru, and keep the dining area clean while following health and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to guest requests and complaints quickly and efficiently
• Work in a high volume, fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner
• Take and prepare customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru
• Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room
• Observe health and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure each guest leaves with a smile
• Demonstrate positive attitude and 2nd mile service to every guest
