Redwood Smoke Shack in Suffolk is seeking a Cutter to join the front of the house team. The role requires excellent knife skills, strong customer service, and the ability to weigh meats and assemble sandwiches to Redwood’s standards. Shifts run 10:00am–4:00pm and/or 4:00pm–10:00pm with guaranteed two days off and no late nights.

This full-time position offers competitive pay ($19–$21/hr) with tip share. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in high-volume kitchens, reliable transportation,

Qualifications

• Must have excellent knife skills and strong customer service.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume kitchens or food service.
• Ability to weigh meats accurately and follow portion standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and work the front of the house service line.
• Slice meats, weigh portions, and assemble sandwiches and platters.
• Maintain Redwood’s quality, speed, and presentation standards.
• Able to work clean, organized, and fast during busy service.
• Communicate effectively with team and manage tasks during shifts.
