Chick-fil-A in Wilmington, NC is seeking Team Members for full-time or part-time roles. You will help deliver an exceptional dining experience and signature Chick-fil-A service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a Team Member, you’ll multitask, work with a team, and maintain a cheerful, reliable attitude while following store policies and dress code. Training emphasizes teamwork and leadership development within a people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work at least 3 days a week and 2 Saturdays a month.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
